COMACO Organization

Critical to COMACO's success is an organization that combines good business management with effective extension services that can link production and conservation practices to sustained trade incentives for members of COMACO's producer groups. By connecting the two parallel activities under a single business model, COMACO will facilitate increased productivity of food crops and sustained production of natural resources. The COMACO model is still relatively new, evolving as continued research and technical collaborations improve the organization design for delivering cost-effective management to COMACO's overall operations.
