White rice is a milled, polished aromatic rice that had its husk, bran, and gem removed, this alters the flavor texture and appearance of the rice and helps prevent spoilage, extend its shelf life.it is packed with carbohydrates. It is an energy-giving food. It is grown in the Eastern part of Zambia specifically Chama in Mchinga province.
Uses
Rice is normally boiled to produce cooked fluffy grains which are eaten accompanied with either relish. milk or peanut butter and sugar.
